Columnist Harry Jackson Jr. offers his thoughts on the chief law enforcement officer in the United States, Attorney General Eric Holder. The subject comes up in Jackson's column after the news earlier this week that Holder's DOJ dismissed a case against a notorious Black Panther and also sued the State of Arizona.
