Time for a Constitutional Amendment

All the discussion of BEST PRACTICES keeps leading us back to the concept of incentives. No doubt the framers of our constitution would be horrified if the knew what has happened to the process that used to produce public servants rather than dynastic politicians.

Than can be no greater evidence of the advantages of of incumbency than the careers of Sentators Strom Thurmond and Robert Byrd. There is a proposal for a 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that is worthy of ratifications. Read more here:
