Texas Candidates "Get It" on Border Security

From the El Paso Times - AUSTIN -- Republican Gov. Rick Perry and his Democratic opponent, Bill White, do not agree on much. But one place they find common ground is their criticism of the federal government's efforts to secure the Texas border with Mexico. Both say that Washington for years has shirked its responsibilities and should be pouring more money into manpower and technology to protect Texas residents.
