This is great news. Based in this foolishness, many of us have-nots can form a class "C" partnership and sue anyone and everyone for anything and everything so we can recoup the retirement assets we lost in the market declines over the past 11 to 12 years. The way I see it, if some phony lawyer can blame a drought on XYZ company we can blame the market's decline on the same phenomenon. All we need to do is file a federal law suit in the same venue where the O.J. Simpson jury was selected. Only in America! What a great country!
