KOB TV -Forest officials expect to issue mandatory evacuation orders shortly for homeowners near a fire burning in the Gila Wilderness. High winds were expected to spread the 28,000-acre Miller fire Monday. Fire officials have warned residents to be prepared to leave as soon as they hear sirens.
