KOB - The state is going after parents who owe child support, but will give them a chance to pay up before they're arrested. A website lists the name of parents with an active bench warrant for failing to pay child support.

Empty words. My brother is owed child support from his deadbeat wife and the state does NOTHING to help him collect. The Dona Ana County office is totally impudent and incompetent to do this job. Not only that, they tend to ignore fathers who are owed child support versus mothers. It's a disgrace.
