The dark blue line depicts the administration's projection of the unemployment rate with the passage of its stimulus package. The light blue line shows the admnistration's projections without the stimulus.
The red dotted line shows the ACTUAL unemployment rate after the Obama stimulus package was passed by super majorities in both the House and the Senate and the federal government borrowed $800 billion.
