From KOAT-TV.com - ALAMOGORDO, N.M. -- A state district judge has ruled an Alamogordo man can keep his controversial billboard along the city's main thoroughfare, for now. Judge James Counts wants to schedule a full hearing since the case concerns freedom of speech and the right to privacy. Greg Fultz put up a billboard in May that implied his ex-girlfriend had an abortion. The billboard shows Fultz holding the outline of an infant. The text reads, "This Would Have Been A Picture Of My 2-Month Old Baby If The Mother Had Decided To Not KILL Our Child!" The woman has taken Fultz to court for harassment and violation of privacy.
