Alamogordo Daily News - SANTA FE - Gov. Susana Martinez's administration has authorized Las Cruces as a second site for foreign nationals to verify their New Mexico residency, her spokesman said today. "Given the size of Las Cruces, yes, there will be certain time windows during which the certification process will be available there," Darnell said this morning.
