Friday's executive order makes $200,000
available to the Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to
coordinate the deployment and support of New
Mexico resources for relief efforts.
The storm made
landfall on the East Coast on Oct. 29 and has caused an estimated $50 billion
in damages.
The cost of sending personnel and equipment eventually will be
reimbursed by the federal disaster declaration for the storm.
