Pearce spends Veteran's Day with troops in Sinai

United States congressman Steve Pearce spent Veteran’s Day on the Sinai Peninsula, which is where New Mexico National Guard soldiers have spent the past nine months on a peace-keeping mission on the border between Egypt and Israel.

 Pearce took a 30-hour flight to be with the troops on Veteran's Day.  Pearce served the soldiers a little taste of home, too, on his visit -- red and green chile. 

He added it's a lot like being at home because home is thinking of the soldiers and has the jobs to prove it.
