Denish Attacks Martinez in New TV Ad

It is a basic fact of the lawyer-dominated system we live under that DUI defendants that hire lawyers, are much likely, through threats of expensive court battles, to extract plea bargain agreements. District Attorneys in every jurisdiction in the state are responsible for managing budgets and fighting the DUI problem intelligently. Accordingly we find it quite ironic that the Diane Denish campaign, which is funded in great part by 453 different lawyers and lobbyists, some who undoubtedly negotiate on behalf of DUI defendants, is running television ads talking about the scourge of plea bargain agreements on DUI cases by Martinez.
