Despite all the growth in the area and the resulting increase in tax revenues the Dona Ana County Commission is considering a rate increase. "Hey, what's another 3/16ths of a percent?" is the refrain. When that refrain gets asked over and over again the total burden becomes outrageous.
Will elected officials in their grand new facility on Motel Boulevard (photo above) ever get enough? Apparently it will only be when voters send a clear message. Read the details here:
