Post Miranda Warning Procedures Clarified by Supreme Court

The U.S. Supreme Court waded in on the decades old protections offered to criminal suspects. Recent Obama justice appointee Sonia Sotomayor wrote a long dissenting opinion. She was joined by justices John Paul Stevens, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer in her worries about the rights of accused, even after their Miranda rights have been read to them. Read:
