Schatkowski has....for brains. Why doesn't this clown just move to Havana?
Sorry but this bill is unconstitutional. Not for the reasons most people think, lack of authority. No the 5th amendment requires just compensation for taking private property. Private property is not simply real property but includes all property, especially one's labor or its exchange form, money.
No government may legitimately overtax one group to support another. The government is requires to provide just compensation to the person from whom the money (property) is taken so unless the government is going to give more services, equal to the taking, then the government is in violation of another section of the Constitution. For that matter, the government hasn't been in compliance with our Constitution since the first Congress met. Those elected have never cared for the People's rules and have always violated the rules at will.
