From krqe.com -High number of repeat drunk drivers don't get the message the first, second, third, fourth or even fifth time. It's been a deadly week on New Mexico roadways. Four people have died in suspected DWI crashes one of which involves a repeat drunk driver. More than 200 high repeat offenders, those who have five or more DWI arrests, were taken into custody in Bernalillo county last year alone. The county's top DWI offender is Apolonio Lopez who has 18 DWI arrests since 1987. More News New Mexico
