It seems curiously convenient for the Obama administration to have passed an unconstitutional health care law, allegedly designed to reduce costs, which is conspicuously absent any tort reform measures that would have significantly reduced health care costs for EVERYONE. Someone should have "SNUCK IN" some tort reform language.
