The Environmental Improvement Board hearing that was scheduled for today in Santa Fe to consider eliminating a cap on carbon in the state had to be suspended due to frigid temperatures and a huge winter snowstorm. Everyone in attendance scurried away from the site of the proceedings at the Apodaca building and used fossil fuels to stay warm.
