Lower Number of Illegals Arrested in N.M. and T.X.

Pulaski note: Some would say this is due to a lack of people illegally crossing our border, others like myself would say there are less apprehensions occuring by choice.  In the beginning of the year there were reports of Border Patrol agents being told to limit their arrests.  Now we are reporting less arrests at the end of the year, coincidence, I think not.The article can be seen here  From therepublic.com -The number of illegal immigrants caught crossing the Mexican border in New Mexico and far West Texas has declined to its lowest level since 1967. Officials with the El Paso Border Patrol sector say the number of apprehensions dropped to 10,345 in fiscal year 2011, which ended Sept. 30.
