The state needs to stay out of the investment business, period. Egolf wants to fund environmental wackos. He and the environmentalist industry need to raise their own funds, If anything, people who are unemployed victims of environmentalist groups, who achieve their objectives and wrongfully cause unemployment, should have the right to sue these wacko organizations for damages.
