Keith Gardner the Governor's Chief of Staff will be on News New Mexico this morning to answer regarding signed and vetoed bills. Goveror Martinez announced yesterday that she has concluded action on items passed during the 2012 legislative session. The 20-day bill signing period during which the Governor was able to sign or veto legislation sent to her by the legislature concluded at noon Wednesday.
