KOB - TV - New Mexico's largest electric utility is asking federal regulators to reconsider their decision to adopt a plan for trimming emissions at a coal-fired power plant that serves customers throughout the Southwest. Public Service Company of New Mexico contends the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency did not properly consider a plan by the state Environment Department that would have addressed regional haze stemming from emissions at the San Juan Generating Station.
