NM Foreclosures Up 75%

From durangoherald.com -Initial foreclosure actions filed in New Mexico district courts against homeowners jumped 75 percent last month, according to new data released last week. Irvine, Calif.-based RealtyTrac said initial foreclosure filings rose from 350 in September to 611 in October.
